Came up in the discussion thread here on LinkedIn in context of the current government’s big bet on AI both for economic growth and public service reform. In summary – there’s a gulf between what technology can potentially do and our brains’ capability to understand it and our long-standing organisations’ readiness to incorporate it in their messy services and operations.
