I just got to the bit of Richard Pope’s excellent Platformland book where he says:
“Public service design needs a bit less minimalism and a bit more post-modernism”.
Simplicity mixed with transparency and showing more of the inner workings. I like that idea a lot.
(I also like postmodernism a lot, in general).
