		<description>I like the internal adoption topic: it&#039;s one thing to develop externally-facing blogs and project-based tools, but to make this stuff take off and change the way the organisation works, we need to see a critical mass of people using it day-to-day to make their lives easier.

Why don&#039;t more Facebook users apply the same skills (not necessarily the same user profile) to their work?

What can inspire consumers of YouTube clips to become producers, and producers of quality content?

What&#039;s the magic combination of tools and culture which will make people who harp on about the lack of collaboration tools actually start collaborating online?</description>
