Love or hate the Communities and Local Government website?

We want to know either way via our survey, launched today.

It’s just over a year since my  e-comms team (incidentally, the best team of webbies in Whitehall*) and I relaunched the Communities and Local Government website.

We applied the principles of user-centred design back then, and we’re checking what the users think again now. It’s all about the users, man.

I love user surveys. We’ll get to find out how far all our hard work has paid off, and get validation (and leverage) to fix the things we suspect aren’t right. Plus a few surprises too, good and bad.

If you’re a genuine user of the site, please go and complete our 5-minute 1st birthday survey. If you’re just a geeky web obsessive or serial completer of surveys, it’s a case of FHB (family hold back), but I’m always happy to steal your ideas via comments.
